Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
This recipe was very good. I did cut down the balsamic vinegar to 1/8 cup (2T) b/c it was something new to my kids and I didn't want it to overpower them. They loved it. Also, I made it with frozen broccoli florets instead of the mushrooms b/c my husband is allergic. Make sure you add the florets towards the end of cooking or else they'll get mushy. Ask me how I know.
