Wisconsin Cheese Soup II
I made this tonight and it was delicious! Made some changes. Added 2 cooked, cubed chicken breasts, didn't have carrots so I used sliced zucchini, and added about a cup more cheese. It was easy and tasted great. Will definitely make again and continue to try variations.

Tom's Crunchy Salad
Pretty good salad. I changed the white onion to red and served with fresh mozzarella and feta cheeses. Next time I'll use a pepper of a different color, red, orange, yellow, green instead of just red and green. I don't think alfalfa sprouts would be a good substitute because they are too small/thin and not as crunchy as bean sprouts. This recipe is a good base you can change to make your own.

Banana Crumb Muffins
LOVE THESE!!! Not difficult to make. The crumb topping really makes it. We only had two left at the end of the night we couldn't stop eating them. Will definitely make these again and again.
