This is the first recipe I felt I really wanted to review. This soup was excellent, pleasing the whole family. I am making it for the second time this week due to request! My 2 and 4 year olds loved it (and they are not crazy about potatos) and leftovers were eaten quickly. I made the cheese biscuits, which were delicious with the soup. I also added carrots to the recipe because my children love carrots.
