This recipe was great and mimicked a version at a local Italian favorite of mine. I changed the pasta to Penne noodles, and increased the butter, and heavy cream to accommodate more pasta(12oz). I recently found this recipe and made it twice. First as written and then with modifications. It is excellent and we cant get enough.
