Crispy Fish Fillets
I HAD SOME DOUBTS ABOUT THE POTATO FLAKES, BUT I USED IT ON MAHI-MAHI FILETS. THIS MADE A GOOD CRUST THAT LOOKED GREAT.

Drunken Chicken
The chicken stayed very moist. A good way to roast a chicken. Next time I will coat the bird with some spices before covering with mustard.
