Soft Oatmeal Cookies
these cookies are so delicious and easy to make! i halved the recipe and still managed to get 28 cookies out of it. the only changes i made were that i did not freeze the dough and i didn't flatten/sugar the tops. i just scooped the dough onto the parchment papered cookie sheet using a tablespoon icecream-type scooper, baked for 8 minutes, cooled on pan for 5 minutes, and transferred to a baking rack to cool completely. this is an excellent basic oatmeal cookie recipe that i will definitely be making again!
