Easy Portobello Mushroom Saute
I made this as a main course for a vegetarian. She loved it! As did those who also had the chicken! I used fresh garlic instead of flavored oil. We like garlic; I used about 8 cloves.

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese
De-Lish!! My family loved it! I made it with the following changes: 1. I used about 500g of macaroni. 7oz just seemed too small an amount. It filled a 9x13 pan. 2. I used 1c milk and 1c half and half (just because I had it to use) 3.I used whole grain mustard. Don't listen to those who said use less cream cheese...it was perfect with 8oz!
