Hi there! My mom is a fantastic cook; somehow she managed to prepare something amazing every day, despite working all day. Me, I come home from work and if I don't have something in mind and have all the ingredients, I'm at a loss. I don't know how to just go into a kitchen and cook something. I like to cook dinner. My mom has an extremely easy Baked Ziti recipe that I love to make. None as of yet! Two weeks after we got married, my husband and I had his family over for Thanksgiving dinner. That's right--two weeks--major family meal. I cooked a ham; not only was this my first Thanksgiving, but also my first time cooking a ham. Despite cooking for an army when only five were eating, everything turned out wonderfully! Well, I haven't set a kitchen on fire... yet.
