I am 44 years old and live in Nova Scotia with my two daughters (7&16), my 1 year old grandaughter, and depending on the month and year various other people who stay for a while. I cannot stand to see friends with no where to go.....I was happy to find this site as money is always tight, and I am now starting to bake more cookies from scratch and learn to make cassaroles in an effort to feed more people with less money.I have recently started a job that has nighttime hours, which presents its own set of challenges. I love cassaroles, and the Unbelievably Yummy Chicken Cassarole is a real treat. I hope to find more recipes like this.I also love to make cookies, and am ver interested in fudge, given the cost of buying it ($13.00/lb)
