Roasted Pears with Caramel Sauce
Basically, a baked pear...could have used some more spices, and the caramel sauce was not really caramel. I recommmend melting caramel squares to get a better flavor.

Grandma's Corn Chowder
This is amazing! I added some chives and kept the corn full kernel. Very yummy :)

Plum Pudding
This is more like a cobbler than a pudding but it is the most delicious dessert I have eaten in a long time!
