About this Cook
I'm an identical twin. My sister is 6 minutes older than me and we both love to cook and share recipes. I love to cook because it relaxes me and puts me in a wonderful place. I love to see the smiles on my friends and family faces when they enjoy something I've put together. It's a wonderful feeling when people can taste the love.
My favorite things to cook
Mostly all things asian. There's so much you can do with very little ingredients that add's alot of flavor. There is a wonderful balance in asian food. The colors, the smell, the flavor it's a great mix of the elements. Earth, fire, water, air and wood. I love, love, love to make soup. Potato soup, chicken noodle soup, white bean soup.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Asian, Indian, Thai,
My cooking triumphs
Lots of things from allrecipes
My cooking tragedies
Attempting to make Indian food.

Pasta Bake
This is another recipe that you can change to suit your taste. I added italian seasoning, oregano, basil, pepper, ground chicken and italian sweet sausage as well as onion and garlic and cook them together so that the flavors would blend well before mixing all the remaining ingredients. So yummy.

Ramen Noodle Soup
Delish! This is a dish that you can change to your liking. Ironically, I am a spice girl (not the band) and I love to mix it up. My husband loved this recipe. It's quick to make with very few ingredients. I used Hot chili oil and hot chili sauce which you can find a your local grocery store in the ethic section. By the way, they need to expand that section big time. Use any veggies you want. It's a great starting recipe to build from and we enjoy it greatly. Blessings
