I love to cook. Cooking to me is very relaxing, fun, and creative. I have an identical twin sister and we share recipes and challenge each other all the time. I am a spices nut. I love to experiment and change the recipes. My favorite thing to cook is Asian food. There's alot one can do with very little ingredients that add lots of flavor. There's a wonderful balance in asian food. The colors, the smell, the flavor it's a great mix of the elements, earth, fire, water, air and wood. I love, love, love to make soup.
