About this Cook
Well, i'm a teen and i'm a christian, and i love to cook dinner and especially desert for my family when my mom is busy and i'm free. Even though no one in my intermediate family is obese, i still like to make food that's not only good but good for you.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite things to bake are really complicated, but great tasting deserts; such as cakes and cookies and ect....
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family usually makes russian type of cuisine and most of it is really really good, but also a little on the fatty side, so i like to find healthier recipes that are similar.
My cooking triumphs
Black forest cakes, merigues, frozen chocolate mousse pie, lemon cake with lemon glaze, guitar-shaped cake, really amazing looking stuff.....ect....
My cooking tragedies
Once, i was making a birthday cake for my sister, and i put it in the oven, but we had to leave. The only one who was home was my brother, so we told him to, when the timer rang, to turn off the oven and completely open it. Well, he opened it all right, but forgot to turn it off!!!!!!!!! We came back like 2 hours later, and opening the door, smelled some very strong cake smell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank goodness to my mother, because she took it out and cut off the burnt part, cut up the cake into cubes, and decorated it with whipped cream and cherry pie filling and it came out delicious!!!!!!!!

Clone of a Cinnabon
wow! this was really good! But i changed a lot to make it healthier. First i only spread about a tablespoon of butter on top of the dough before putting the filling in. And i finely chopped some dried cranberries for the filling and used about 1/2 cup to 3/4 of a cup of brown sugar for the filling, and ommited the frosting, and it cae out DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
sorry but i really disliked this pie. It was the first time i made pumpkin pie, and i don't know if i did something wrong, or if it just tastes really bad. It came out really mushy and tasted like baby food.

Lemon Cake with Lemon Filling and Lemon Butter Frosting
This cake looked really rich and fatty to me, so i omitted the filling and frosting. Instead, i made a REALLY GOOD cream-cheese lemon glaze, and i sifted the dry ingredients, and i think that gave the cake a really nice touch. DELISH!
