No-Bake Chocolate Cookies
I haven't tried this yet but have to rate at 5-star b/c it doesn't contain PB like other no back chocolate cookie recipes. We have a peanut allergy with our two year old and my husband loves no bakes! Thanks!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
This was great! I did sub the OJ for water but besides that followed the recipe and they stayed soft! Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Roast
I made this with no modifications except whole cranberries instead of craisins. Couldn't really detect a fruity hint at all on this. Turned out very tender though!
