Penne with Garlicky Broccolini
This had a good taste but even with three tomatoes chopped up it was dry. I think it would be better with a white sauce and the tomatoes.

Sour Cream Potato Rolls
This was good and moist. I used half mashed potato, half mashed yam and made it into one loaf of bread. I will make this again.

Jumbo Fluffy Walnut Apple Muffins
These are really good, they came out of the oven an hour ago and are already half gone! This recipe made 18 regular muffins. I left out the butter and flour in the topping.
