Pecan Pie V
I decided I would try this recipe for Thanksgiving. Well I had to try it before tomorrow just in case it was awful, just the opposite, this is by far the best pecan pie I have ever tried. I am getting ready to make another as I know this will not be enough even with the other pies!! No More Karo Syrup for me!!!

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
This was good but a little sweet. I still prefer the ones that I make out of the little packet with tomatoe paste. But nice to know you could whip them up with the ingreedents you already have in the house

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes
these were very good. Very moist, they got better after the first day for some reason. I just sprinkled powder sugar on the top. I will leave out the allspice next time. I don't care for that spice. But even with it they were tasty!
