Favorite Corn Bread
I'm eating this hot out of the oven right now and it's pretty good. I took the suggestion of other reviewers and cut the flour to 3/4 and upped the sugar to 1/2 cup. I also used canola oil in place of shortening. The result is a light and moist cornbread that I'm hoping will go well with the stew we are having for dinner.

Quick and Easy Brownies
These brownies turn out perfect every time if you only use one cup of flour. I used margarine once instead of butter and the flavor was off so be sure to use real butter. I usually mix in half a bag of semi sweet chocolate chips then sprinkle the rest on top before baking which makes them extra yummy.

Pumpkin Crumb Cake
I used white cake mix and a 9*13 glass cake pan, it was done perfectly in about 40 minutes. My husband and kids both love this dessert and are already asking me to make it for Thanksgiving which is fine by me, it's easier than pumpkin pie =)
