Coconut Shrimp I
My dipping sauce is
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp dijon mustard
This is my husband's favorite meal. Of course, I am making it today- Father's Day!
