Chewy Granola Bars
these were pretty good. i only made 1/2 the batch and did not use honey, as I am allergic to it. i used a honey substitute that i found online made of white sugar and water, but i also used a little more water to keep from getting dry and crumbly. i pressed the mixture onto the pan, then after baking, i pressed it once more and it came out really chewy and it kept its shape.
