Its turns out to be a perfect green color if you use limeade instead of OJ. I served this at my work's Halloween potluck with dry ice. It looked awesome with the dry ice. It tasted pretty good too. I didn't add the sugar and it was still sweet enough.

Most Excellent Sandwich

This sandwich was great! It wasn't really heavy. I used hoggie rolls because thats what I had on hand. I also had some left over pesto in the fridge. I spread some of that after the cream cheese. I served this with a cup of soup and it was a perfect lunch for my husband and I. I will totally make this again.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

These were awesome! I followed the recipe to a T. I was able to get more then 12 mushrooms filled. They were so good that my husband and I ate every single bit. These will be great to serve for an app next time company comes over. These are a total must try.
