Breakfast Pies
I only used half of a biscuit and did not mold it like the recipe called for because of a review stating that the biscuit got too brown. Keeping the biscuit on the bottom worked out pretty good, except could hardly taste the biscuit. Frankly, I think the bigger muffin tins would work better but I don't own any.
