Plain Eggless Cake

Made this for my sister's birthday, came out great! The only thing I did differently was use olive oil instead of melted butter (less saturated fat). Relatives loved the smell and taste.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

I`m definetly using this recipe to make pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving this month. My relatives loved it. ;)

Sweet French Toast

The best french toast I had ever tasted! I didn`t even use the vanilla extract and only put a tablespoon of syrup in, and they still came out delicious. The confectioners` sugar made them perfectly sweet enough. And the idea of putting cornflakes in is ingenious. ;)
