Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2009
These are WONDERFUL! I cut out some of the butter by using chicken broth in the stuffing mixture to keep it moist. SO GOOD!

Beef Tips and Noodles

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2009
This was delicious! I sauteed half a sweet onion and browned the meat before adding to the sauce mixture. I also used a jar of sliced mushrooms, 1 clove of garlic and fresh ground pepper. For the noodles, I used whole wheat no yolk egg noodles and no one knew the difference. Tastes even better the next day as most things do!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2009
The sauce gets 5 stars. The meatballs were a little bland, will add more seasoning next time and use fresh garlic instead of powder. No more store bought sauce for this house!

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2009
I doubled the recipe and used 6 sweet and 6 hot italian sausages. Used one extra large sweet onion in place of the yellow and red and added a little hot sauce. This was fantastic! A huge hit on it's own or served with crusty italian bread!

Fried Cabbage and Egg Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
This was delicious! I cut up an onion and two cloves of fresh garlic which I added to the cabbage and 1/2 stick of butter. When the noodles were done, I added a tablespoon of butter to the noodles before adding them to the cabbage mixture. I will make this again and maybe cut up a small ham steak to add a little meat to this dish. Thank you for the recipe!
