Pumpkin Corn Bread
Love these. I actully used Jiffy corn mix, 1 can pumpkin and 1 egg, and baked muffins for 12-15 min.....came out perfect! They taste like corn bread but are nice and moist. Next time I'm making with mashed sweet potates to go with a Carribean theme! My kids loved them

Great Pumpkin Dessert
Great recipe! The whole family loved it. I personally thought the pumpkin layer needed to be doubled. It seems a little out of proportion compared to the crumb topping. Next time I would double the pumpkin portion. I also agree that maybe you should cut in the butter with the cake mix before putting the pumpkin for more even coverage.

Swiss Chicken Bake
This was really a nice treat! It's a gourmet version of the comfy mushroom soup chicken dish. I love the added flavors of the mushrooms and swiss cheese. Will definitely make again but will add some garlic to creat more depth of flavor.
