very awesome! i really love this recipe because it's very simple and all the ingredients are available just anywhere! :) the batter was just right. the pancakes turned out well too. they were fluffy but yet did not have the floury taste and it wasn't TOO filling. one small little modification is made was to add a little vanilla essence. i have sweet tooth and was afraid the pancakes would turn out tasteless. so i added the vanilla. it enhanced the taste and made it more fragrant and just a little sweeter. saved this recipe and definitely making more! :))

AWESOME! i absolutely love it! this is the best banana recipe i found baked without cinnamon. i added some almond flakes on the top too. ;D
