Matty's Brie Cheese Fondue
This is nice because the flavour isn't as strong as some other fondues I've had. Especially a brie one with a tiny amount of gorgonzola, which totally wrecked it. This one works much better.

Really Rich Banana Bread
I don't get the reviews complaining that this is rich. It says so right in the recipe title. It's RICH. What did you expect? And it does make great toast.
