Creme Brulee
My 5 star rating is based on following CHEFPEON's suggestions; I didn't try the original directions. I skipped the double boiler and baked @ 375 for 22 minutes. The flavor and texture were perfect!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
I followed several suggestions from other reviewers and doubled the sauce, boiled the chicken and veggies in broth, and added some more seasoning. I had to use a deep dish pie tin because there was so much filling. It was delicious and didn't last too long around my house!

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
Yummy! I follwed the suggestion to use milk instead of water and the filling was thick and delicious. I will definitely make this again.
