Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
WOW. I made this for my sister's birthday dinner, as tomato cream sauce is her favorite. I was hoping this would come close...she and everyone else told me it was better than any restaurant version! The changes I made were to reduce onion to 1/2, and added an extra garlic clove. I took another reviewer's advice and pureed it in the food processor before adding the cream and it was a perfect consistency. I will definately be making this one again!
