I believe food is the universal language of love and the ultimate in enjoyment. Love eating, love sharing =) and it doesnt always have to be sinful to be delicious! so I'll always try to keep it as healthy as possible =D mostly desserts but i'm learning to cook more mains EVERY chinese new year, we will have what we call "lou sang", a kindda chinese salad where the highlight is when everyone's tossing it together like crazy with their chopsticks. Always fun and Always amazingly delicious, I look forward to it every year =D The 1st time my mum raved about my cooking, a lamb stew, and requested i make it again. My mum's an incredible cook and extremely critical, for her to praise my cooking was quite an achievement =) always the muffins, i always overmix them.
