Soft Oatmeal Cookies
Not impressed. They turned out very dry and crumbly. They do however has a good taste to them, I will try to make them again with some changes to see if they are any better.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
This dish is incredible! Very easy to make. I didn't have romano cheese so I just used some that I had already and it still turned out great, I also added some pepper flakes for an extra kick.

Country Fried Squash
Ohhh so good! I have tried to fry squash before, but it never turned out right. I found this recipe and fell in love! Very yummy. I did dip them into Italian stye breadcrumbs and flour instead of the cornmeal and they turned out perfect. This is a keeper.
