Beezie's Black Bean Soup
Easy and good! Next time I will use 1/2 the amount of black beans. I didn't puree 1/2 of the beans but added extra rice (I used wild rice). This made the soup very, very thick which I like. This is a definite keeper.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
I followed the recipe exactly and my boyfriend LOVED it. I used deep dish pie crust, which we both liked.

Banana Crumb Muffins
Good, quick and easy to make. I did follow others suggestion and used 1/2 cup sugar. While the recipe is good, I think it could use a little kick. The next time I will add walnuts and follow others suggestion and add vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to the batter.
