Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
This is not fantastic but its easy, fast, & filling. Here are the changes I made...I added 1/2 cup of sour cream, used cheddar cheese soup, only added 1 cup of salsa, & used only 1 & 3/4 cups of monterey blend shredded cheese.

Chicken Zucchini Casserole
This was really really yummy!!! I added 1/2 a cup of shredded cheddar & monterey cheeses to the topping. There were no leftovers. I will most definetly be making this one again!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Fantastic!!! I followed the advice of KENNA1`s review & used 2 cups of white sugar & 1 cup of brown sugar & made a syrup of cinnamon,sugar, & butter & drizzled it over the top while it was cooling. Oh my this was sooooo yummy!!!
