Pumpkin Roll
Not only is it delicious, it wasn't as hard to make as I thought. Made it for Thanksgiving and it was a hit.

Hamburger Pie
Great and easy recipe. I also loved this as a kid. I was thinking that next time I may add some french fried onions.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
I used vegan ground "beef" crumbles as I'm a vegetarian. I loved it. I would suggest cooking in the slow cooker.
