Sugar Cookie Icing
Dries hard and shiny. I had to add additional milk so that it wasn't the consistency of fondant. I used vanilla instead of almond extract because I was out...I'm sure I prefer the almond extract as the recipe requests. This will be the go to sugar cookie icing!

Snowballs II
These are wonderful. I crushed the candy canes in a gallon ziploc baggie then added the powdered sugar and put the hot cookies in to gently shake and coat. Worked wonderfully! One coating was plenty for us and they looked festive.

Fluffy French Toast
Hands down best french toast ever! The flour really does make all the difference. I also use agave or sometimes brown sugar. Using homemade bread always turns out fabulous french toast. I am also a believer in using the butter flavored crisco instead of cooking spray on the griddle...surprising difference for me.
