Shortbread Pie Crust
The taste was fine and added to the overall appeal, but it runs to the bottom of the pan while baking. A better choice would be for a flat bottom 9x13 crust, but not a pie pan where it needs to cook up the sides.

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine
This is our favorite bread recipe! I was out of olive oil so I used walnut oil. It still turned out fabulous! Can't wait to try these as rolls for the holidays! Crunchy crust and soft inside. Used left over to make french bread pizzas.

Pumpkin Butter I
This is a fabulous recipe. I made it sugar free by adding 1c. of Agave nectar and it is a stellar sugarfree spread!! All 4 of my kids love it.
