English Muffins
they were very good and much easier than I thought it would be. I've never made bread or worked with yeast before so I was worried. but they turned out good, just one thing.......I didn't get quite enough of the "nook and crannies" they call it. Not sure what I did wrong, maybe didn't let the dough sit long enough??? I put it in a bowl and covered w/plastic wrap for about an hour, was this long enough?

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing
we made this recipe, even our kids (2 and 4 yrs. old) ate it up. really good, maybe next time we'll have the adobe sauce.......it was missing just a little kick.

Jerre's Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili
We really liked this. At first, I was worried it wasn't going to taste good, b/c we've never made chili with anything but hamburger meat. But this was really good. We will definitely make this again.
