This salad was a great side dish for sunday night dinner. I served it with some more spicy pork and it was a great way to cool everything down. I thought the proportions for every thing except the salt were just right. I would use less salt next time and i think it would be perfect.

These pork chops were great! I used the recommended amount of sage and added miniscule amounts of ground oregano, Coriander seed, and Cumin, and it was a major hit with my family. The flavour was great and it wasn't to dry. A great recipe.

I made this for sunday night dinner and it did, not go well. I found the rice very dry and that there was not a very strong flavour.
