I love to bake the most. Breads, cakes, cookies; that sort of thing. I also love pasta dishes and anything I can be flexible with.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Turtle Bread! When I was little my mom and dad always baked loaves of bread in the shape of a turtle. My sister and I would eat the feet and head first.
My cooking triumphs
Omeletes. I can always come up with something new to stuff in an omelete.

One word...quiche. I saw a recipe on Food Network and thought it looked yummy. I don't know what went wrong but the dog wouldn't even eat it. I haven't dared it since
