Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken
I stuffed the chicken with two onions and some fresh basil from the garden. It was so tender and the "gravy" was awesome on the rice. The leftover meat is going to work with hubby for lunch sandwiches. Easy and yummy!
