I'm the mother of four grown kids...ALL with great appetites who are more than willing to try anything I cook! I love being in the kitchen, especially when a kids says...."mom, I'm hungry".. Then I know it's time to make "something out of nothing!" I love making Lasagna, breads, unique hornet fried sandwiches, and I'm finally learning to cook vegetarian meals for my middle son! :-) Making grandpa's spaghetti sauce, in fact... His whole spaghetti dinner. Even down to reproducing his "freezer burrnt garlic bread"! ;-) Learning how to cook in cast iron pots and pans!!! Pancakes!
