Three-Bean Cassoulet
Very Good! A cheap, healthy, meatless meal. My whole famiy loved it. I also made it with a little bit of leftover ground sausage we had in the fridge-- a very nice complement to the beans and also adds to the flavor. Will definitely make again- with OR without sausage.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
Great fall recipe! I tripled the sauce and had mashed potatoes as a side-- yummy combo! Will definitely make again and again.
