Tea Biscuits
I feel that they are best when cheese is added or just sprinkle sharp cheese on top. Also, I don't roll out the dough, scoop it with an ice cream scoop - the kind that has the trigger - and then flatten out somewhat with your fingers. It leaves a nice organic shape to them.

Chewy Chocolate Cookies I
Followed recipe exactly except for omitting the salt - used salted butter. Big hit with my family!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I did the recipe almost to a T - the only modifications I made was to add 1/4tsp of cinnamon and a pinch of ground cloves. I used one cup of milk chocolate chips and no nuts and they're great!
