Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake
I (and my family) loved this chicken!! It was so tender and really simple to make. The best part about it? I had all the ingerdients on hand. The worst part about it? I didn't make enough for seconds LOL

Buttermilk Baked Chicken
I always love recipes that call for over-night marinading and this one is no different. I made it with both the lemon juice and the vinegar and I preferred the lemon juice. It gave it an interesting zip! This is going to make it's way into my weekly rotation.

Famous Butter Chicken
Wow this is now my favorite chicken dish!! I didn't have the crackers that the recipe called for so I used multi-grain Vegetable Thins and it turned out amazing! One warning: do not make this while you're starving...the aroma coming from the oven is enough to drive you mad!
