Garlic Red Potatoes
These potatoes are delicious!! I was looking for a low sodium dish, so I just cut out the salt and used unsalted butter. The flavor was amazing! The garlic and lemon make all the difference. I will definitely be making these again soon! Remember, if you use larger red potatoes, it will take longer in the oven. I used very small potatoes, and it only took the recommended time.
