Slow Cooker Marmalade Curry Chicken
ok. whenever I see such a well reviewed recipe that I think is terrible I generally assume I screwed up somewhere. maybe that is the case here, but this turned out awful for me. The chicken was barely edible.. very tough and dry, the sauce was unusable. Perhaps all due to too high of temp on my slow cooker. I cooked medium temp for about 4 hours. What I did taste I did not like the orange flavor and thought it was too spicy and I generally like hot things. We did not end up eating it and I am trying to salvage the chicken tonight. It is probably pointless as the chicken is flavorless on the interior (the outside was blackened with the sauce and had all the flavors) and too dry to really eat. I won't be making this again.

Clone of a Cinnabon
Wow. Absolutely worth the work. Didn't change a thing to the recipe, but did do as another reviewer suggested and after rolling the dough and cutting into individual rolls, left covered in the refrigerator overnight and baked in the morning - put in cold oven baked at 375 -I started with 20 min, but ended up baking about 30/35 min.. don't know the exact time. YUM! Will be making again. The Title of the recipe holds true!

Savory Vegetable Beef Stew
Really Great Stew. Just what I was looking for. I cut the recipe in half.. but left the canned broth, tomatoes and tomato sauce qty alone. Also left out the green pprs and added canned corn and green beans instead. Wonderful flavor. I will be keeping this recipe for future use. Thanks! (I happened to have diced Fire roasted tomatoes on hand so that is what I used)
