Easter Breakfast Casserole
This dish turned out very well and did not last long! I decreased the milk to 1 cup but left everything else as listed in the directions. I do recomend bringing some salsa and/or sour creamto the table as a topping to add to the great flavor of this dish.

Rach's Broccoli Casserole
We found this dish too moist for our taste. We did like the crackers on top. I will try the recipie again, however, I will adjust the wet ingredients and I will use fresh chopped boccoli.

Meatloaf
Very good flavor. I substituted bread crumbs for oats and I let cool a bit before slicing, that seems to help the problem with crumbling that very moist meatloaf (like this one) has. I also drained some of the moisture about half way through cooking and again when it was finished.
