Sweet Onion BBQ Burgers
My boyfriend said " these were the best burgers he has ever eaten.' hands down. I did change it a bit. I did use 3/4 cup bread crumbs, and only 1/2 cup bbq sauce as I thought 1/4 was too much. I also did not drain the bbq sauce and I pan fried the burgers for 5 minutes on each side. Then added thick slices of smoked cheddar and put a lid on the pan for 2 minutes) I toasted, and heavily buttered the buns, then fried them in the pan with the burger for a few minutes. MMMMM it was so good. better than any burger I've had out and I live in NYC!

Minute Tomato Soup with Tortellini
This turned out pretty well, I followed the recipe, except I only used half the amount of basil as it seemed excessive and added 1/2 tsp garlic salt as well as diced tomatoes. I also used spinach tortellini, instead of white. It was pretty good, quick , and easy I give it 4 stars; I made it for my boyfriend and a girlfriend who was over. They both LOVED it. It did have a bit of a canned taste, but other than that I thought it was healthy and delicious.

Green Chile Cheese Beer Bread
Though I read the "mushy" reviews, I decided to try this recipe anyway because it sounded tasty. WRONG. I had the same awful results as the other two who left a negative reviews. The bread was golden brown on the outside, but very mushy and unappealing on the inside. I've made a few breads recently and this was by far the worst. It wasn't even edible. :(.
