Shrimp Scampi Bake
I didn't think there was enough lemon in this recipe, I ended up using all the juice from 2 large lemons ..I used the full amount of butter and was pleased with the amount of sauce left over to spoon over pasta, next time I'll add some Parmesan cheese so the sauce is a bit thicker.

Traditional White Bread
this is good but I think it almost has a hint of sourdough ..my husband noticed it to but it didn't bother him at all he wants me to make this bread all the time
