Baked Pork Chops I
Had the chops tonight - GREAT RECEIPE. My chops were thick and large,so I made the sauce for the 6 chops. Have a small amount left over. Plan to add pork gravy and use it on a roast for gravy (this should make the gravy creamy). This receipe for the gravy is similar for the one I use on boneless chicken beast - only I usually add sour cream to the mushroom soup and put on raw chicken in baking dish, cover and bake for an hour. My granddaughter loved this dish served with noodles. Maggie
