Ginger Snap Cookies
These cookies are amazing. Very gingery. They aren't crisp, but instead came out with the perfect chewy-yet-firm baking. I got crystallized ginger for cheap from C-mart.

Peanut Butter Chili
This recipe is really interesting. I used fresh tomatoes and added hot peppers because I'm a spice fanatic, and it turned out really good - will make again!
