Wine Jelly
I enjoyed making this recipe. I had no experience with canning, but made it with my grandmother who has canned for years. We used an inexpensive merlot and it was delicious. I would like to try again to make it using the no or reduced sugar pectin and try it with splenda.

Cheesy Baked Cauliflower
I really enjoyed this, and the leftovers reheated well the next day. I will make this again.

Refried Beans Without the Refry
I love this recipe! I used beef broth instead of water and put extra jalepeno in. I freeze the leftovers for the next time we have mexican. I also reduced the amount of salt. Thanks Chef Claude!
