Herbed Greek Roasted Potatoes with Feta Cheese
Great recipe. I didn't have feta but is was still terrific (next time I'll do it with the cheese). My only alterations were using boiling water to start things off and i added the garlic along with the herbs as I don't like the taste of charred garlic. Thanks!
